What do you love most about yoga? I love that yoga is fluid and always evolving for me. I often use it as a barometer for where I am in life, since each time I come to my mat is unique.
What makes you Mighty?
Having an empathetic heart that wants to see joy in the world and for everyone to succeed and live to their maximum potential. Also, I can rock a pretty mighty and flighty Tittibhasana (Firefly pose) on most days :)

Favorite yoga pose: Revolved Triangle...it's one part of the practice that helps me twist out all sorts of bad energy, stretch the whole body, and, at the same time, makes me feel like I'm weaving through museum security laser lights.

What do you love most about your yoga practice?
I love seeing progress the most, but not necessarily in my poses. Honestly, my motivation comes from the progress I see in the way I think and perceive the world off my mat.
