Elizabeth's classes offer a progressive vinyasa flow, with each sequence building upon the previous. Strength-building movements are grounded in alignment and breath control.
Rachel believes that proper alignment is the key to a great practice. Once you start to tune in to the body and breath, you can really soar on your mat.

As a 200 Hour Vinyasa and 500 Hour RYT Hatha Yoga Instructor, Astrid emphasizes alignment of the poses, breathwork, a meditative flow, and philosophical teachings.
Sophie enjoys teaching yoga for all audiences no matter their experience or background and strives to make her classes grounded and accessible to all.
