What can people expect in your Mighty classes?
A simple practice with moments of hard work, and moments of bliss.
Huck began practicing yoga in 1994 and has been teaching for seven years. He committed himself to a lifelong yoga practice after a severe skiing accident in 1998. After a year-long study of classical yoga with Lauren Toolin, he received his certification. He has since studied with greats like Rod Stryker, Ed Dailey, and Edwin Bryant. In 2010, Huck studied Soma Veda Thai Yoga and is a registered practitioner with the International Thai Therapists Association (ITTA). He is the director of several popular local yoga events including the Finger Lakes Yoga Festival and the Ithaca YogaMelt, which gives him the opportunity to work with some of the finest teachers in the region. Huck’s extensive knowledge of eastern philosophy and anatomy create classes that are thought-provoking, fun, safe, and powerful.
We asked Huck:

What fuels you?
Food, water, sunshine, deep breathing, lots of hugs and smiles, and a little faith.
