What can people expect in your Mighty classes?
Offering opportunities to explore strength and grace, Nancy’s classes offer a safe space for self exploration with invitations to make each practice your own. She really brings you onto your mat, allowing practice to feel grounded as you flow.
Nancy loves that yoga is a balance between challenge and play, meeting her where she needs each day. She took her first yoga class in college, but felt a spark when she returned to her mat in 2015 as a runner looking to build core strength. Practicing at Mighty gave her the community she didn’t know she was missing, in addition to that core strength. She completed her 200 hour training at Mighty Yoga in 2018, focusing on vinyasa flow with an interest in restorative poses.

Why do you practice yoga?
I always finish in a better place than when I started. I love the process of self acceptance, balancing strength and grace, and focusing my mind and body in new ways.
