What can people expect in your Mighty classes?
Be ready to move, breathe and flow around your mat. You’ll find yourself approaching poses in new ways and maybe even smiling through challenging poses.
Tuesday is a transplant from Chicago who found the quiet hills of Ithaca revealed a very noisy mind. She turned to yoga, deepening the practice she’s had since a teenager and ultimately graduated from Mighty Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training. Tuesday takes inspiration from every type of yoga she experiences, but is always drawn back to the approachability and rhythmic flow of Vinyasa and rigor of Ashtanga. She loves the peace and levity it provides—sending her floating out into the world. In her spare time she likes drinking wine, gardening and being silly with her two dogs and two cats (and one husband).
We asked Tuesday:
Why do you practice yoga?
It keeps me sane – leaving me with a feeling that’s hard to describe. A bit like ironing out the wrinkles in your mind. It’s also this place of limitless possibilities. Each day, each breath you discover something new about your self, your mind, your body, your world.
What fuels you?
Laughter. It’s how I picked my husband and all my closest friends. I love moving through life with people that make me laugh.
Tuesday’s favorite piece of wisdom:

that beauty.” -Maya Angelou
