Pause Membership
We can help you pause your membership. We need 7 days notice to process the membership freeze. Unfortunately we can’t go back in time (though sometimes it would be nice!). The start date of the freeze needs to be 7 days from today.
Freeze for a minimum of 14 days
You can freeze it up to 3 months (total) each year.
You will not be charged while your membership is frozen.
If, at the start of your membership freeze, you have time left on your current month (e.g. one week), you’ll get to use that week when your membership starts back up before your next payment goes through.
