Did you know that you can freeze your membership?

If you want to cancel, simply sign into your account (on the computer or app), navigate to “My account” then “my memberships” and select the one you’d like to cancel. If you have questions, please feel free to fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you.

Note that if you are on a special membership rate (lower than our current rate of $129/month), you can freeze your membership instead and keep the rate!
