Help Us Create a Sacred Space
Please, no cell phones in the studio* & put smart watches on do not disturb during class.
*Exceptions for on call first responders or medical professionals - please alert your teacher if this is you!
Reservation Policy
Please note you have reserved a space to attend class and must still sign in when you arrive at the studio. We encourage you to show up early! We will hold your reserved space up to class start time. If you’re not present at class start time, we reserve the right to give the spot to someone who is waiting at the studio.
Running late? We know even the best laid plans go awry. If class isn't full, you can come in up to 5 minutes late. After that, we do lock the door if someone isn't at the front desk.
Waitlists
The class schedule opens up 2 weeks ahead of time & most classes still have spots 24-48 hours beforehand. However, some classes may have waitlists! Here’s how it works:
If the class you'd like to join is full, you'll be able to sign up for the waitlist.
If a spot in the class opens up, the first person on the waitlist will get a text (between 6am and 11pm). You will have 15 minutes to respond yes or no. This process will cycle through the waitlist until the slot is filled.
If it is <2 hours before a class, a text message will go out to everyone on the waitlist and whoever responds FIRST will get that spot.
You will get a text back confirming if/when you are in the class. If you are unsure, just check your account in the app or on the website
It's important to make sure your phone number is in your profile to get text messages! If you're not sure - reach out and we can check for you!
Class Reservation Cancellations
Change of plans? No worries! If you are unable to attend class, please “early” cancel your reservation online at least 3 hours before class begins, and any unused classes will be returned to your account for future use. We charge $15 for late cancelations and no shows (unless due to sickness) for Studio+ and Discovery Pass members. Class pass holders will lose a pass for a late cancel or no show. Please help us by cancelling reservations if you are not able to attend.
*Studio+ members get a freebie late cancel/no show each membership month. If you are on the Discovery pass, you get one freebie too!
Workshop/Event Reservation Cancellations
For any workshop or class reserved at an additional cost (outside of memberships),:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a 50% refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop (or no-shows) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Thank you for understanding that we are unable to make exceptions to this cancellation policy. Our workshop fees go directly toward paying our amazing teachers and covering preparation costs. We really appreciate your support!
Purchases
All purchases made at Mighty Yoga and in our online store are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable. All regularly priced 10 Class packages come with a one year expiration and cannot be shared. If you have purchased a class pass at a reduced rate, a shortened expiration will apply. These expiration dates can not be extended.
