 FAQs

  • We recommend that you choose the class you want to join, then create an account and pre-register for the class online.

  • No - your 30 days starts from your first class.

  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have some available for rent if you don’t. Don’t forget your water bottle and comfortable clothes that you can stretch, move, and sweat in.

  • We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class. That will give you time to get a quick tour of our spaces so you know where everything is and get set up on your mat before class.

  • Then you should definitely try yoga! Our Mighty Flow classes are heated to 85F, which helps you build heat in your body, allowing your muscles to stretch more safely and effectively.

  • Mindful Flow is a slower version of our Mighty Flow classes, and is one option. We have those new to yoga regularly in our Mighty Flow classes - we always encourage students to listen to their bodies and take rest whenever needed.
