Restorative yoga combined with Reiki energy invites a calming and grounding response in the mind, body, and energetic centers. During this group session, you will be guided through several restorative postures, while Erica utilizes a gentle hand placement (on or above your body) to support Reiki’s intuitive flow.
Reiki, a Japanese-based practice, works with the body’s energy systems to promote relaxation, healing, and overall wellness. This small group yoga class is limited to seven students and is offered in studio, ensuring participants will have plenty of personalized attention and space to attune back to your natural state of balance.
