Come for an unwind through mindful vinyasa and restorative yoga. At the start of class, we’ll gently release tension and stress through meditative movements and breath work. Then, we’ll ease into floor-based postures supported by props (such as bolsters & blankets) to encourage peaceful comfort. With a special emphasis on releasing the psoas - the hip flexors & deep abdominal core muscles - you’ll ease tension, support nervous system regulation, and create space for deeper breath and freedom of movement.
