POP-UP: Yoga for Strength & Vitality (Ithaca)

Honor your body through mindful movement

Are you beginning to notice changes in your body, how it moves and feels when you practice yoga? Have you had injuries that require you to change or modify your practice? Do you notice stiff or achy joints when you first begin to move that seem to feel better once you move? Your yoga practice and community can support you and your body as it moves through the natural changes we go through over time; physically, emotionally and socially.

This 75 minute class will include myofascial release techniques that use small balls (equipment is provided) to target the spine to help reduce tension and stress, and promote mobility. A mindful flow that focuses on upper body strength will follow.

All levels welcome.
