I am so excited to be part of the studio community and to be one of the friendly faces welcoming you through the door. Whether you’re a longtime yogi or walking into your first class feeling a little unsure, I hope you’ll feel right at home. My yoga journey came after years of running, I developed a knee overuse injury and wasn’t quite ready to give up running. I began practicing yoga more regularly as a way to care for my body and to build strength and mobility back.
What started as a way to solve a problem has become something much more meaningful. Yoga has become an important part of my week—a chance to slow down, reconnect with my body and mind, and create a little space for meditation and stillness. My practice has evolved from something I did for my body into something I look forward to doing for my soul.
I am a dancer and dance teacher of 15 years, a photographer, mom, hiker, traveler, and performer. I recently relocated to New Hampshire after six years in London and am excited to find community in my new home. I love big adventures, camping, chocolate, sunsets, and pretty much any opportunity to spend time with good people.
