A friend introduced me to Mighty Yoga around 2012. At first, I felt uncertain because I was new to the practice. But after every class, I left feeling both empowered and centered, which inspired me to keep coming back to Mighty and deepen my practice. My true connection to yoga emerged from the most difficult moment of my life—the loss of my first child shortly after birth. During that time, my practice became a vital source of comfort and strength and supported my healing journey. Moving through the flow helped me step out of my head and simply be present in my body. Over time, Mighty Yoga has become a sanctuary for healing, growth, resilience, and community support.

Today, with two beautiful, healthy children, a wonderful partner, a full-time job, and a lively puppy, my yoga practice remains a precious time to pause, restore, and nourish myself amidst life’s busyness. I feel called to teach yoga because I want to offer others the same support, strength, and guidance that Mighty Yoga and Heather have given me. To share this practice and help others on their journey would be deeply fulfilling.
