Join me on a journey with Yoga. Like many who begin taking yoga classes, I began dipping my toe in a yoga practice during a major transition in my life. A time when I needed to find a way to be grounded and a way to reconnect with me.  It meant squeezing in classes between work, transporting my kids to after school activities, dinner, and bedtime routines. The commitment I made had a profound impact. It was not only a way to get exercise, it was a way to connect with myself.  Yoga has also created a path to connect with community, physical and emotional health, and with spirituality. Not surprising since Yoga by definition is "to yoke", oneself with the universe. Taking the step into teaching is a natural progression. I hope to guide my students in fostering the connections they need in their own lives.
