Handstands invite us to find courage, strength, and a willingness to change our perspective (literally). Inversions help us cultivate joy & playfulness along the journey! 

In this 90 minute class, we'll warm up and do some strengthening and opening to practice handstands. Open to beginners and more experienced inverters. A willingness to step outside your comfort zone and have some fun is required!
