We invite you to release tension and stress as you unwind your body, mind, and heart. This gentle class will leave you feeling nurtured and renewed.
We have all the props you need in the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own. Consider bringing warm clothes to stay nice and cozy, as this class is unheated.
