Barre is an awesome workout where you'll work to create a deep burn - while barely moving at all! Barre is famous for its focus on high reps of tiny movements to strengthen smaller stabilizing muscles. This class moves to the rhythm of music and fluidly moves from one body area to the next. Barre is a great workout on its own, but it also functions as an excellent compliment to a yoga practice, running, hiking...or really anything else you do! The core, arm, leg, and booty strength we build will benefit you in all areas of your life. In addition to the physical benefits, we bet you'll also notice some mental and emotional ones as well!
All you need is a mat. We have studio props you can use such as light dumbbells, resistance loops, and core balls.
Barre classes are not heated.
