Relax, Recharge, and Reconnect
Sound heals. It vibrates through your being at different frequencies clearing out what is ready to leave, and creating space for what will be. We will start with a meditation to create clarity for your intention, then move into a sound bath and finish with an extended savasana with optional hands-on reiki. Each sound bath is unique. Everyone who shows up is showing up for themselves, but also for the group as a whole. Healing with community gives you a blessed opportunity to hold space and be held, to give and to receive. Come join us, sit back, relax, and allow sound to move through you. All levels welcome, unheated. Students are encouraged to utilize props throughout the class for a truly restful experience.
Tanya Alexis is a gifted healer and a sensitive soul who meets you where you are in order to reacquaint you with your deepest self. A Certified Reiki Master, Yoga teacher, Healing Photographer, Sound Healer, Clairvoyant, and Certified Crystal Healer, she is a highly intuitive and gifted guide for your greatest good. She understands how to move through the world with a gentle heart. In her intuitive healing sessions, she sources from a mixture of her accredited background as well as Aura and Chakra healing techniques, creating the most harmonious balance for each session. Her mission is simple: to aid you in the release of anything that no longer serves you, to help you fill back up with your own essence, your own energy, so that you can live your life from your brightest version of yourself.
