The Vinyasa is the Heart of the Practice
Plank → Chaturanga → Upward-Facing Dog or Cobra → Downward-Facing Dog.
Each of these poses provides strengthening benefits for your arms, core, and entire body when done correctly. And yet, these foundational poses are complex and often don't get the attention they need. That means you likely don't receive the benefits they offer to help you get stronger. Also, you can really hurt your back, shoulders, and wrists by repeating them incorrectly.
Come dedicate an afternoon to focusing on this important sequence with us! Whether you're working with wrist pain or curious how to bring more challenge into your flow, we'll break down each pose, learn how to sync them with the breath, go over how to modify them and advance them to fit your readiness, and try out exercises you can do to strengthen your body to do these poses with more ease. This pop up is designed to support you to not only to build muscle but also to enhance your entire practice to protect your joints so you can practice for a long, long time.
Room to heated to 75 degrees if needed.
