Meet Claire!

What is your favorite yoga pose?

Right now my favorite pose is dolphin pose! I’ve been working on my forearm stand (pincha mayurasana), and this pose has been great for strength building and a nice shoulder stretch. I’ve also been loving puppy pose and anything shoulder opening recently!

5 things I’m grateful for right now are:

  • My family! Being home with family for a few weeks was so refreshing and amazing. They are my main support system, and being with them was so nice.

  • The gorgeous greenery! Everything is so lush and bright, and I have been absolutely loving everything green recently!

  • Baking! I made some delicious cinnamon apple muffins the other day and have loved baking recently. I am grateful for my sourdough starter!

  • Fruit! More food, but everything is so fresh and delicious right now. I’ve been so grateful for all the berries, peaches, and plums this summer.

  • Chai! Every morning I have a chai, and recently I’ve been into making it at home to start the day. I am always grateful for chai!

What is something others may not know about you?

I also dance! I’m in a dance group in college and have danced my whole life (all kinds, from ballet to jazz to modern). One of my other loves is and has always been dancing!
