Yoga has been a path of coming home to myself. My practice has taught me how to listen to my body, trust its wisdom and signals, all while finding a deep sense of safety within it. Through movement, breath, and presence, Yoga has brought me back into my body in ways that go far beyond the mat. It continues to remind me that healing doesn't have to be forceful—it can be gentle, curious, and rooted in self-compassion. Balancing both steadiness and ease.
As a teacher, I design classes incorporating foundational poses with somatic practices to encourage students to slow down, notice sensation, and move with their intention. Breath serves as our guide, creating space for mindful movement and a deeper connection of their bodies and mind. My hope is to offer a welcoming environment where students feel supported in exploring strength, mobility, rest, and resilience at their own pace. Yoga can be a lifelong practice of relationship—with ourselves, our bodies, and the present moment
Outside the studio, I'm currently in massage therapy school, where I'm expanding my understanding of anatomy, therapeutic touch, and holistic care. I'm also a ceramics teacher and a gardener. I look forward to sharing space with you and supporting your journey toward feeling more at home in your body.
