Matt Cronkite
Yoga connects me to the present moment, to myself, and to the world around me. When my body and mind are practicing together on the mat, I feel grounded and free. Yoga helps me to access and nurture the best parts of myself.
I hope to empower students to find ease in the work, to build strength and resilience, and to always remember that we can come back to our breath to find ourselves. Through cultivating our own inner peace and determination, we may release that energy into the world to help make it a more beautiful place for all.
In addition to practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my dog, attempting to garden, and exploring.
